They show Sales, Orders, Qtys, Values for only the specified date range and other selected criteria. If dates unspecified it always shows all values up to the current date. v All forms, views and reports have direct export of the form’s and report’s contents to Excel, Word, text, Internet, email. v Each Business area commences with a “Finder” style form to filter all existing data to allow very quick and easy reviewing and editing. The filters are very easily defined by the user and may be very simply saved for rapid re-use. v All the “Finder” style forms provide instant sorting by clicking the column heading. v All the “Finder” style forms provide synchronised child forms for editing, adding and processing their corresponding data. v System is Single or Multi-user with separate user locatable and movable storage database. v All the forms may be resized and repositioned with each being remembered for each user. v The software is written with Microsoft development system and uses the very robust, stable, long standing Jet database engine. v Quick and easy customisation and enhancement, by the author is available for any particular requirement. v The application runs on Windows 2000 or Windows XP PCs. v The software has been thoroughly tested and debugged and is in very successful use in an independent local publishing Company who will provide a reference.

Companies, Invoices and Pro-formas v Finder form filterable by Company Name, Contact name, Towns, Postcode, Notes, Classification, Type (Customer, Reseller, Supplier, Warehouse, Others), EC Vat, Last called date, Call Back required, Despatched, Invoiced, Paid, Dates, Products, Product Descriptions, Payment types, Days unpaid, Registered Product details. v Company attributes include Type, Classification, Name, Web site, Delivery Contact details with email, Invoicing Contact details with email, EC Vat type, Vat registration number, email options for Invoicing & Marketing, Last called date, Free format Notes, Call back needed. v Company type maybe Customer, Supplier, Warehouse, Reseller or Other. v Company attributes include similar name process to ensure Companies are not duplicated during entry of new customer. v Finder form’s contents include Total Invoice Values, Total Vat, Total Payments, Total Debt Values for each Company for selected filter criteria, such as date range. v Batch generation of Printed, Emailed or Exported Despatch notes, Sales Invoices, Pro-forma Invoices and Statements for companies that have been selected with the filters. v Filterable list of all Invoices for selected Customer with summary values of Orders, Sales, Payments, Debt and Vat at specified date. Products & Derivatives v Finder form filterable by Product, Name, registration, derivative, default Warehouse. v Finder form shows Product Name, Sales price, Qty orders, order value, Qty delivered, Qty moved, Qty sold, stock, Sales, vat, gross Sales. v Product details include Name, Unit cost, Sales price, default vat, default Warehouse, user registration required, registration license duration, picture of Product. v Each Product may have many derivatives. A derivative is derived from a Product but has its own description and revised price or adjustment. v Derivatives finder showing name with Qtys and values sold. v For each Product for the selected date range, a view of Purchase orders and Warehouse movements showing ordered, delivered, stock Qtys and values. v For each Product for the selected date range, a view of Sales Qtys and Values for each allocated Marketing Campaign.
Marketing Campaigns & Forecasts v Finder form filterable by Campaign Name, Dates, Circulation Qty, Budget cost, Transaction dates, analysis values such as cost per unit sold, response percentage, revenue per actual cost. v Finder form shows Campaign name, circulation Qty, budget cost, Purchase orders (to supply the Campaign’s cost), Qty Sold, Invoices, Sales, Vat, Actual cost per Unit Sold, Actual cost per Order, Response percentage, Revenue per actual cost. The cost here is the Marketing cost. v Each Campaign may possess Forecast (Budget) Sales Qty for selected Products. A forecast finder displays actual Sales against forecast Sales for each Product for each Campaign for the selected date range. v For each Campaign a view of all the Products for the date range that have been sold due to that Campaign, showing Qty and value sold. v For each Campaign a view of all Purchase Orders allocated to supplying the Campaign cost, showing values and Qtys ordered and delivered.
Warehouses, Suppliers & Stock Movements v Finder form filterable by Company Name, Contact Name, Towns, Postcode, Notes, Classification, Type (Customer, Reseller, Supplier, Warehouse, Others), EC Vat, Last called date, Call Back required, Product, Product Name, Dates. v Finder form shows Ordered Qtys & Values, Delivered Qtys, Moved Qtys, Sold Qtys, Stock to Date. v List of all Stock Movements for selected Warehouse for date range showing Product and Qty Moved. v Stock Movement details include Source and Target Warehouse, date, Qty moved, Qty available at the movement date, Qty moved, Qty undistributed, notes. v Stock movement may be printed or directly emailed to Warehouse or exported. v List of all Purchase Orders for selected Supplier for Date range showing PO Nbr, Date, Value, Ordered Qty, Delivered Qty, Qty remaining. v Purchase Order details include date, PO Nbr, Value, Notes, Product, free format description, Ordered Qty, price, fixed price, value, required date, expected delivery date, date delivered, Qty delivered, delivery note reference. v Purchase order may be printed or directly emailed to Supplier or exported.
Mailing Queries & Mailing Messages v Finder form with filtering by Mailing Query name. v Many named Queries may be defined, tested and stored. v Mailing Query details allows sophisticated queries to be easily generated based on Sales History and Company Details. Sales History attributes that may be combined in query are Product, Derivative, Campaign source, Invoice Date. Company Details that may be combined in Query are Type, Classification, Post Code, Country, Marketed Campaign, Email. Each element may be applied with existing or not existing in the data. v For example, it is simple to set a Query that returns all Customers who have bought Product w or Product x and not bought Product y or not bought Product z, between 1st Jan 2004 and 31st Dec 2004 and then directly Market these Companies. v Many Mailing messages with message headers and detail text and attachment maybe pre-defined for use in sending emails to Companies selected by running the mailing Query. v Query results may be directly used to send a marketing message to the Companies returned using a selected pre-defined marketing mailing message with an attachment. v Alternatively the full Company details of the Companies returned maybe exported or emailed for use in another system such as mail-merge or for sending to the printers. v Each Company may be marked with the Campaign names associated with the Mailing Query to indicate the Company has been targeted within that Campaign. |
