WES21 Wessex Subcontractors Analysis

Screen shows the Comparison screen where up to 10 bids may be compared side by side. The screen offers one key press to establish the lowest, highest or average price for each item.

Directly linked to bill preparation in Wessex Advanced Estimating, the Subcontract system allows instant mark-up of bills into enquiries or packages. Sub-contractors requested to bid for these may be selected from those who have performed well on similar work previously, those who have done similar work previously or simply all matching subcontractors. An innovative process allows a single floppy disk to be generated for posting or e-mailing to sub-contractors which contains all the data and programs needed by the sub-contractor to price the bid. The priced bid is automatically read into the system on return. All the expected facilities for mail-merge, bid printing, analysis printing and chase-list printing are offered. Simply transfer the final accepted bids to the Wessex Purchase Order Processing system to immediately place and control the purchase orders for the work.
