WES21 Wessex Materials Analysis

Screen shows the Comparison screen where up to 10 bids may be compared side by side. The screen offers one key press to establish the best price for each item and subsequent simple process to update the estimate with those prices.

Directly linked to pricing preparation in Wessex Advanced Estimating, the Materials system allows instant mark-up of all resources into enquiries or packages. Suppliers requested to bid for these may be selected from those who have performed well on similar enquiries previously, those who have done similar enquiries previously or simply all matching suppliers. An innovative process allows a single floppy disk to be generated for posting or e-mailing to suppliers which contains all the data and programs needed by the supplier to price the enquiry. The priced enquiry is automatically read into the system on return. All the expected facilities for mail-merge, enquiry printing, analysis printing and chase-list printing are offered. Simply transfer the final accepted bids to the Wessex Purchase Order Processing system to immediately place and control the purchase orders for the work.
